I was really put off by the removal of blogs from signatures but the new blog list is wonderful!! I mainly would click on blogs in sigs during endless nak sessions as I wandered MDC. Now I can just click on one thread and have a whole list. I think this is wonderful and a great alternative. Thank you MDC for this and thanks to onetruething for doing the massive amount of work that must come with compling a resource list of this size.

Where is the blog list?

It's currently residing in Mothers Writing Group's subforum: Writing for the Web here. It's also linked it in the main Notice at the top of the page

I do understand that If you choose to place photos in your album, they're still a click away in your profile. For anyone who hasn't seen abimommy's photo album tutorial, please go here. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, but the software doesn't allow us to pick and choose which sites we can or can't link to. I wish we could though.

The homeschool blog list was removed from the learning at home forum with a note that it would be consolidated and added to the resource thread. Does that mean the consolidated homeschool blog list will eventually be added to the thread in the writing for the web forum or to the resource thread in the learning at home forum?

That should be in the LAH forum.

Any chance we could get a link to our photo album in our siggie? That way we would still be within the MDC website. I do understand not being able to have any links if some are not ok though. Just wishful thinking.

Well it won't allow linking but you can use a little smilie to tell people to check out your album
