coconut bliss brand ice cream

So I just saw this for the first time:

The flavors look heavenly and it looks like a lot of us could have them. However, all flavors except strawberry/lemon (which doesn't sound good and is being D/C'd) have an extract in them. They are GF, but isn't corn a concern w/extracts? I can't find anything on their site about that so will have to email or call. I get so tired of having to contact companies.

We have coconut bliss in our freezer because I can't finish the pint. It makes me feel sick after just a few bites, even though there's nothing on the ingredient list that stands out... except maybe vanilla. IDK. I won't buy it again though.

I love their stuff, but I'm biased - they're a small local company (mom & pop shop) here in Eugene. We only eat the "naked" (plain) version though, I don't think it has flavors. We were just out at the Oregon Country Fair, and the owners man the booth - they're very nice, and I'm sure they'll know lots about what is in their stuff!

The naked is what we have here. I should get my husband to finish it off or feed it to the chickens or something, and get it out of my freezer.

Hey - I don't know what the coconut bliss has in it, but I wanted to let you know, I called Turtle mountain about their coconut flavored coconut milk ice cream - no corn, soy, gluten, dairy - and no extracts. I eat it all the time - I or DS have never had a reaction (and ds is sensitive)... I mix some fruit with it if I want flavors.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE coconut bliss ice cream. Especially the dark chocolate. It is, by far, my favorite nondairy ice cream and I've tried every one I've been able to find.

i know Luna and Larry. they had a baby about a year and a half ago and they are very excited about producing nourishing food. i'm sure they would love to receive any questions and/or feedback anyone has about Coconut Bliss.
