Do you ever just make pie for dinner?

Sometimes I do. Apple pie, with no sugar (or substitutes) - apples are sweet enough by themselves. I know it's not the best dinner in the world but sometimes it's just such a treat And I can think of worse dinners!

No, but I do make pancakes. I put grated carrots and/or zuchini in them to make myself feel better about it.

I have made pot pie. Does that count. I have also made pancakes I didn't even add carrot or zuchini, Just offered fruit syrup or maple. I have also made creeps with fruit and whiped cream for dinner. It is a wonder that my children have survived.

Pie, no. Cheesecake, yes. :

I figure it's mostly just cheese and eggs.

Although I did just recently hear of apple-bacon pie, which I think would make a GREAT dinner.

For us it's donut muffins and smoothies. Pie sounds better, though. Yum!:

We've had ice cream for dinner. Raw cream, eggs, maple syrup...nothing wrong with that!
I've definitely had pumpkin pie for dinner MANY times. It's very satisfying and pretty good for you. I make mine with maple or honey so it's not soooo sweet. With a dollop of raw cream it's practically nature's perfect food.

Why oh why did I have to read this?? :

I just saw an episode of "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" on the Food Network and that cake guy, Duff, was talking about this chocolate mousse, some other sort of chocolate stuff, hazelnut, peanut, BACON dessert that looked simply to die for. Salty, sweet, baconey HEAVEN.
