Summer camp, what to write in the form

Hello,

Filling in summer camp forms, for a public facility, but not in a public school. Our unvaxed kids are not in public school, so we have not yet had to deal with the exemption issue and/or concern about the law coming down on us. So, we're a little nervous.

What would you put on the form for Tetanus vaccination status (it's the only one they ask about)? (religious exemption? nothing? another idea? a random date hoping they don't really care? delayed schedule?) Our true reason is philosophical/spiritual/health, but we have never gotten any kind of official exemption.

Thanks.

Since it is only for one vax and for a summer camp, I would put down "up to date". If they ask for a date, I would put one down.

Sometimes the easiest way is to just not make an issue out of it and go along with them.

Or you could write in "religiously opposed to all vaccines".

Which state are you in? This may be easier in some than others.
