That is a patent for a method of vaccine creation, not the vaccine itself. They are stating in the quotes pieces that this method would be useful for A flu and B and the numerous known strains thereof. H1N1 was not an unknown-- it wasn't something that was made up-- I think people need some fluwiki reading

Yes, I feel they had some pretty sinister intentions last spring. And lucky for us and the world their plan got stopped in its tracks.

Especially telling is the last sentence of the above article:

So let's see... IF this "error" wasn't caught and stopped in its tracks, MANY would have died from bird flu, and Baxter would have been first on the scene to make a buck with their newly licensed bird flu vaccine! How convenient!
