What kind of kitty litter do you use?

I have a new cat, and I'm trying to find a kitty litter that:

1) Isn't dusty.

2) Doesn't allow the cat to scatter pieces of litter everywhere.

3) Isn't scented.

4) Is easy to clean, possibly scoopable.

5) Of course, isn't stinky.

Does a litter with all of these characteristics exist?

I use the Arm and Hammer clumping litter. I really like that the potty becomes a big, solid lump that can be thrown away. It also doesn't have much smell, but isn't scented. Unfortunately, my kitty did play in it a bit when I first brought it into the house, but he hasn't done so lately. I don't know about the dusty factor- I haven't really noticed any.

We use pine pellet litter. It's actually made for pellet stoves but the SPCA here uses it so we figure it's good enough! And at 3.50 a bag for 40 lbs... it lasts a hellalong time.
