converting recipe to GF

My family is requesting the veggie pancakes that I used to make before we went GF. : It uses 2/3 c. of whole wheat flour in it and I'm trying to sort out best guesses on what to use instead. I have a zillion GF flours (brown rice, white rice, soy, tapioca, etc) and have been able to follow along with recipes for blending them to make things but haven't ventured into converting old ones on my own yet. My first idea is to just use brown rice flour, but does anyone have any thoughts on this? TIA!

i think this flour mix would work really well. i have adjusted it to 2 1/3 cup flour (rice flour, sorghum, or buckwheat) and 1/3 cup tapioca or potato starch. i haven't ever had veggie pancakes before but i use that recipe for pancakes and they turn out really awesome.
