I found a palm oil margarine from spectrum at one of our local health food stores today! I never thought about using apple juice in place of milk - thanks! I have some coconut milk too I could try. I have an objection to soy unless its soy sauce. |
You'll get it. As far as restaurants, always ask. For the most part, most places are really good about knowing or being willing to check their ingredient lists for you.
