which B vitamin supplements

which B vitamin supplements do you like and why? and where do you get them?

I like the Thorne Basic B complex. I use that because it has folate in it as opposed to folic acid (I suspect I have a problem with folic acid). I also like the basic because I have a hard time assimilating B6, so I didn't want the one with lots of B6.

I think I get it from natursmart (or something like that.)

I use a multivit from Perque that has my Bs, Thorne seems to have good products too, and some of the GIPro Health products seem pretty good--they seem to have good forms of vitamins/minerals in general, haven't checked the folate/folic acid thing with them.

When I buy Thorne, it's usually from totalhealthvitamins.net, I give the kids the B-complex #6 and various other Thorne products. I _think_ people can buy Perque online, you just have to look for a while, because it's supposed to be through HCPs only.
