so I havent really started gardening yet. I have a pepper plant, a tomato plant, and some basil starting from seeds outside. they are in pots and pretty much I water them everyday as its basically 113' every day here. I am just not used to this weather yet. my plants wilt durning the day . If its really bad I bring them in . they always bounce back. should I just leave them outside? the basil even though its from seed is really sprouting , its amazing.
also what kind of garlic is best for this weather, and is it like garlic I usually plant for zone 6 ( I usually plant chesnok red) . I really want to start some in some pots soon. really I want to start lots of stuff. but man this heat....what do other AZ gardeners do???

I live in Queensland australia, and we have mad heat in summer as well (but we have humidity as well
and plants do it hard here in those months.. at least daily watering, often twice! Also, I'd definitely suggest a shade cloth structure of some sort.. it still lets in enough sun for the plants to grow, especially if you position it so it lets the morning sun shine in but shields plants from the harshest sun later in the day.
