I'm ready to take the plunge and start making water kefir. Where can I obtain real grains to start?

I got mine online here: http://www.culturesforhealth.com/zen...=index&cPath=3

they come dehydtared with instructions on how to hydrate them and how to prepare batches along with the jugs and the strainers. It was so easy and so far so good! Ive had lots of fun experimenting with different flavors.

Great! Did you get the large kit or the small kit?

I got the large kit so I can make bigger batches. I find even the big batches last me a few days. It is so yummy Im drinking a 1-2 big glasses/day!

You can buy water kefir grains at www.nicksnaturalnook.com. They are organic too! They have all kinds of cultures for health, like kefir, kombucha, and yogurts as well. And a wide assortment of organic teas.
