I would not say intact penises by default look "healthier" but I would say they look unaltered. But now were just talking about personal opinion.

My dh has a definate color difference and the scar is visible if you know what to look for.

I've actually never seen someone with a loose circ. I wonder if the tighter ones are the cause?
