Help choosing supplements please

Besides the fabulous info on this board, I've also just finished Healing the New Childhood Epidemics which really helped me understand my issues more.

I have inflammation that shows up as asthma since 04 and recently my right eustachian tube keeps flaring up. After getting sick in March, I couldn't get rid of the congestion so I started seeing a chiro and we've gotten a lot under control. I've deciding I need to start a supplement regimen. I also cut out dairy about a month ago which helped a lot and I'm starting to think wine is aggravating my asthma so I've abstained the last week. :

I think I need to get the following vitamins/minerals/antioxidants in more abundance:

EPA
Vitamin B6
Methyl B12
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Selenium
Chromium
Quercitin
Pycnogenol
Melatonin
Magnesium
Curcumin
Pantothenic acid
l-Arginine

I think I can get the EPA and Selenium from from real foods pretty easily, flax, walnuts and brazil nuts. I'm currently taking FCLO, Vitamineral Green, and Vit D (2000 iu daily.) I also drink water kefir made from apple juice almost every day. I was drinking kombucha regularly but I suspect it's aggravating my asthma too.

My diet consists mostly of local/organic fruits veggies, local pastured meat, and not much junk. I eat homemade, fermented sauerkraut around once a week and use homemade bone broths several times a week.

Finally the question: How can I get the above supplements in as few pills/drinks as possible while getting the best quality/bioavailability? Oh, and I'd love to not spend a fortune.

If you notice that your symptoms are aggravated by wine, have you considered other sulfite foods as a problem?

I get my vitamins from Vital Nutrients. Except for my turmeric and ginger (for inflammation) which I just get from Walmart.

My asthma is triggered by beer. I thought it was the wheat in beer, but I drank gluten-free beer last week, and ended up wheezing. Twice.

I'm not sure about your question, sorry.
