Please help me figure out what to make for dinner

I went to the farmer's market today and got delicious produce, but have no plan as to how to make a dinner out of it. For veggies I bought:

carrots
rapini (broccoli rabe)
kale
green beans (the kids like these just steamed, plain)
lettuce

I also have a bunch of chopped red onions and yellow bell peppers left over from making kebabs a few days ago.

In the pantry I have quinoa and brown rice. I was going to make a pasta dish with the rapini, but I don't have any ww pasta (dh doesn't like me to eat white pasta), and I don't feel like going to the store.

Help!

rapini is great in Asian dishes, ie. stir fry with chicken. kale can be blended into smoothies, chopped, cooked and added to quiche, sauteed with some half-cooked bacon, fried with raisins, pinenuts and spices, added to bean stews/soups and so much more. i love kale, can you tell?
