Traumeel and cloth?

Anyone use Traumeel? It's a homeopathic all purpose cream that I've suddenly decided I need to put on everything that vaguely resembles a scratch
I'm wondering if anyone has used it in the diaper area with cloth dipes... It's non greasy, but I'm not sure what exactly the base consists of...

I've never tried the stuff on a bottom but you could always use a fleece liner just to be safe. I've always used a fleece liner when we've needed to use diaper cream to avoid getting the cream on the diaper.
