Highland Free School

Does anyone know anything about this school? I heard about it when I went to an admissions meeting at Prescott College yesterday. I called them today to see if the are still accepting students for this year and the lady who answered said that someone would call me back next week. I just wanted to see if anyone knows more about it before I go in to check it out. TIA!

My friend's daughter goes there and loves it. I've always said that if we're still here when ds is school age and if we choose to not homeschool him, that's the school I would like him to go to. Plus my husband works around the corner literally...so that would be a big help.

I have no experience with it as a school. I know another poster (sarahla) sent her kids there for a while, and I'm sure she'll chime in sometime.

All I can say about it is that I live nearby and I love riding our bike over to visit the goats and chickens they have there!
