Need diaper suggestions: Chubby thighs

Need diaper suggestions for a not so chunky baby with very very chunky thighs. The smalls we have are either fitting in the waist or too big in the waist but very tight around her legs, with the exception of the one fuzzy bunz I have and the BG OS pocket we use at night. Thanks

You should try a Mommy's Touch ($14 seconds @ clothdiaperclearance.com). DS is chunky all over, but his thighs are definitely not proportionate to his waist.
I like them because they have very wide tabs with separate snaps for the waist and thigh areas, which allows me to set the waist smaller than the thighs.

The BG OS pockets and AIO fitteds are the only ones we can get a good fit with!

My DD2 is skinny, but what weight she has is all in the thighs & butt. I've had good luck with one-size diaps like BG and goodmamas. Imse Vimse fit really well, we only use IV wraps and have one AIO with snaps and it's great.

I hate to say it because velcro/aplix is so annoying but you can get a much better fit with it when you have disproportionate thighs and waist. We have mostly BGOS and one BG AIO with snaps, and the BGOS are so much easier to get on (but the AIO is soooo nice.)

Goodmamas are awesome but bulky and pricey--they're having a sale right now so I just splurged because they fit my LO so well and my 3yo uses them for night dipes too. I also like the various dipes without fastenings like tots bots, bsrb etc, they are nice and customizable.

for my chunky thigh girl i like our snap version of the blueberry one size covers because the thighs and waist can be adjusted separately to an extent. our green acre designs (pocket or aio) are great for the same reason. our bottom bumpers aios are good too. i remember when we had the one size bg they were fine for her thighs as well. i also like the pul covers from mudshrimps.com. i like aplix for the fit around the waist, but i find sometimes if i make an aplix dipe fit around the waist, it is too tight in the thigh area and leaves deep red marks.

I use SwaddleBees AIO and pockets. My DS has chubby thighs, and a buddah belly, but isnt chucky per say

My daughter has really chunky thighs and a little waist. I use prefolds for her. I tried a fuzz bunz on her but it just didn't work--too tight around legs, too loose around waist. I just use pf's with pull-on covers. I also have some thirsties covers that I use sometimes. I have to fasten the front wings down on an angle so it gives her more room in the the thighs but snugs up the waist. It works, but I really prefer the pull-on style for the way she's built.

Try something side snap instead of front fasten. Neither of my kids has fit well in front fasten diapers.

When ds had thunder thighs the ME onsize fit the best. Pocket wise BG 1.0's are we had and they fit well.

Knickernappies one size diapers are really great for chubby thighs. You can get them to fit looser in the thighs and a bit tighter in the waist. LOVE these diapers!

My ds2 has super chunk thighs, and we use BG pockets and Large Fuzzi Bunz with no problems.

dd was really thin waisted, but had chunky thighs. we switched from fuzzi bunz to bg 2.0 at about 3 months and never looked back, and never had a problem with fit.
