Cancer New Moon---The second one

Hi gals,
I just wanted to let you know that I put up my article on tomorrow's Cancer New Moon (our second one this month). It is also a solar eclipse.

I feel that I have made a big move away from some long held emotions that have hindered me this month (BIG revelation on a river trip during the last new moon)- now how to progress with it....

Tracy, I've been notice a lot of odd things this past new moon & this one.

There have been a lot of deaths, one in my family, others in friends' families & then all the celebrity deaths. Also, the number of 'road' kills has crossed the line of 'normal' to excessive. And these aren't the 'regular' animals like squirrels or raccoons. I've been seeing birds & cats. It's really unnerving me.

Just wondering if there's something in these new Moons that is drawing these things together?

This is the 2nd new moon in cancer.
The first one happened at 1 degree cancer (end of June) and this one is happening at 29 degrees of cancer. There are only 30 degrees.....so what is happening is we are in the last few minutes of Cancer before the sun/moon moved into Leo. But it is still Cancer.

This is very potent.

Oh no-- DS1's big b-day party (with family and a few friends) was slated for Aug. 1st. Ummm . . . should I reschedule? It would be awkward to reschedule at this point, but not at all impossible . . . and you said no family reunions that day-- I certainly don't need everyone thinking what a drag it is to be there!

BTW, a lot of your article, especially about the last moon cycle, really rang true!!! Thank you!

Ami,
There might be some transits occuring in your 8th or 12th house right now. Or you could have a pluto transit. Just so you know this does not mean you or your family is going to experience death we just get this cycles where they can come up around us. I have had it and I have had the opposite..everywhere I turn a baby is being born or a wedding is taking place.....(which usually cost me a ton of money ---2nd house aspects!)

but I get how it can be unnerving. Same with me when I am in it. I had a little one a couple months ago..very unnerving.... don't forget to meditate and get your antenna up...that helps.

ah, keep the party on that date! sometimes a little rumbe and tumble is fun.

I have something planned that I can't get out of...even astrologers have to take it on the chin!

But if it is a bumpy day and we get into it a bit I will chalk it up to "Darn Pluto and Venus" and move on.....

amazing stuff.

my bday was july 8th. that was a great day but between then and new moon was AWFUL. i couldn't stop crying, endlessly about everything and anything. i regressed emotionally over issues I'd worked through. My acupuncturist literally prescribed a tonic called "can't stop crying". i had a run of major let downs from one friend after another. i let go of friendships that don't feel supportive.

then on new moon i found a house that i've been looking for for yrs; affordable, same neighborhood, first house as a single mother moving on and letting go of the past. my ex agreed to mediation to file for divorce, on new moon. i felt a letting go of the emotional ties to the marriage.
after asking him for weeks my landlord finally came to check out the funky smell in this house and removed a dead rat and rats nest, on full moon. new people started popping up as sources of support. lots of bizarre coincidences. everything started shifting on new moon.

aug 1st i move into the new home. seems like that's a good thing to do on that day, right? paying attention to detail etc, and i have my virgo friend helping me : )

any suggestions for settling into a new home/life and keeping the energy "clear" for the weeks ahead welcome..
