Went to 3 mo check up. Lilah is 8lbs 6oz. She has gained over an ounce a day. The ped said that we could knock off one of the fortifiers. I'm choosing to knock off the formula and keep the protein! Just so she gets mommy milk...
It was a good day.
The early interventionist came yesterday and was pleased with her progress. She is tracking with her eyes, and studies your face and mouth when you talk to her. Still not cooing but she is starting to baby-babble, so it's right around the corner.
She also is ready to smile. I'm so ready for that too- my mom is coming on Sunday, so I hope she gets that smile out for ME FIRST!!!!
I think she smiled at me twice today, but then she burped shortly thereafter- maybe it was gas?
