What are you eating?

As I am trying to get dh on board, I would love some ideas of what you and your families are eating.

For instance yesterday was:

Eggs scrambled with butter, peppers and onions and strawberries with raw milk

avocado salad

home grown pork shoulder with carrots and potatoes

Yesterday we had:

b-I had baked oatmeal, ww toast and coffee. Boys all had eggs (scrambled or fried) on ww toast.

l-I had leftover chicken spanish rice. Boys had sandwiches.

d-baked trout, roasted potatoes, onions and zucchini.

Today:

b-I had a bagel with cream cheese & salami. Boys had eggs again I believe.

l-leftover fish and veggies for me, boys ate out.

d-grilled hamsteak, homemade french fries and more zucchini.

Breakfast- Smoothies with fruit, kale and/or spinach, rice milk, goji juice, flax oil, protein powder

Lunch- zucchini bread, fresh veggies, apple

Dinner-grilled turkey burgers, grilled zucchini, carrots, zucchini bread

Today:
Breakfast: smoothie with spinach and arugela, pineapple, fresh cherries and frozen raspberries, and some cream.
Lunch: left over homemade mushroom soup with bone broth base.
Snack: nuts and fruit.
Dinner: bbq pulled pork (left over pork tenderloin from last nights dinner) on buns. Fresh veggies dipped in sourcream with dill and a squeeze of lemon.

Tommorow:
Breakfast: smoothie
Lunch: salad with eggs, cheese, meat, baby spinach, tomatoes etc.
Dinner: Chicken galette. (Chicken, gravy, mushrooms, onions, garlic, broccoli etc. in a rustic pastry)

For me yesterday:

Breakfast: quinoa, lentils, and broccoli with olive oil, salt and red pepper flakes (I am pg )

Lunch: quesadilla (whole wheat tortilla and jack cheese), salsa, and cukes

Dinner: sesame noodles and stewed tomatoes and zucchini

DD#1

Breakfast: pancake, egg, and some fruit probably cherries

Lunch: same as me

Dinner: same as me

DD#2

Breakfast: allergen free pancake, broccoli, and a fruit maybe blueberries?

Lunch: rice noodles with a sunbutter sauce, carrots, and brussel sprouts

Dinner: a piece of millet bread (like corn bread), black beans with olive oil and grapes

Who knows what dh ate, I do know he ate the same dinner as DD#1 and I. He gets his own breakfast and lunch, but I am hoping to change that because I am not totally thrilled with what he eats. He can't eat that poorly because there is no junk in the house, but it isn't a balanced and veggie/fruit heavy as I would like.
