raw milk turning use it or dump it?

We have about 3 cups of skimmed raw milk that this morning tasted kind of tangy but not like sour store milk. Can make sour cream or something with it or just dump it?

I never dump it!! I use it in cooking when it's no longer fresh. Pancakes, muffins, bread, whatever. You can always freeze some of those if you don't want them now but are in a hurry to use up your milk.
