I am a planner by nature, but I have a lot of trouble establishing a new routine. I am starting back to work in 3 weeks and I hope it's not too late to get a general meal planning template together. I've been having trouble coming up with something, and I know there's a lot of wisdom out here.
Here's what I thought of:
Saturday: Soup and "putting up" farmer's market foods
Sunday: Roast, cook beans, and lunch/dinner pre-prep for the week
Monday: Mexican flavors (burritos, taco salad...)
Tuesday:
Wednesday: Slow Cooker day
Thursday:
Friday: Pizza night
I fed the freezer with great success last year prior to having a baby, but have been unwilling to heat up the house this summer to cook and do so again, so I think I'll be doing a little of that too.
I'd love any ideas that are catchy. Thanks!
