Hey, I'd love a list of Youtube or websites with videos of 'how to' make TF foods. Especially, water kefir, milk kefir, juice kefir, kombucha, secondary ferments, soaking grains, no knead bread, yogurt, cheeses, fermented vegetables, grinding grains, etc. etc.

What are your favorite sites or videos of instructions WITH photos for the visual learner?

Sandor Katz has some videos on YouTube for fermenting. His kraut recommendations are pretty different from NT. Jenny blogged about some on Nourished Kitchen a few weeks ago.

I haven't explored YouTube much for those types of things. Good idea!

There are a bunch of interesting ones on YouTube about making kombucha. If anyone has a favorite where the photographer isn't *moving* while filming... I'm getting motion sickness watching.

Gale Force from MDC...her mom has some youtube videos that she puts on her Rebuild from Depression Blog

I love Cooking Traditional Foods menu mailers. Also there are a lot of blogs out there with TF foods and good TF stuff. Kelly the Kitchen Kop, Nourishing Gourment, and Cheese Slave are coming to mind.

I'm working on putting some together for making yogurt, kefir, kombucha, sourdough, cheese, etc. but it's going to be another month or two before they are up.
