Major Japanese Beetle problem. Have been removing them by dunking in soapy water. 50+ at a time, then I can go out 15 minutes later and get 50 more. I feel I'm losing the war. Can I just spray the bush w/ a solution of soapy water? I have Dawn and Seventh Generation. I can't afford neem until next paycheck.
