According to this article, one flu vaccine manufacturer is working on making the swine flu vaccine available as Flu Mist.

The Food and Drug Administration may formally approve much of that vaccine before studies required to prove how well it works are completed

And since it is possible that two doses will be necessary that increases the chance of exposure even more.
