Hello,
My husband and I relocated from the US to Genoa, Italy in my 32nd week of pregnancy. I now have just 4 more weeks to go.. and I am starting to worry a little that we are not quite as prepared as what we were with our first.

I have made my first visit to a local public hospital (Gaslini), and since I am nervous that my birthing plan won't be able to be followed due to policy or being lost in translation, I have been trying to contact other resources for a natural delivery either at home or in a birthing center.

Our daughter is 4.5 years old and I still am not yet sure what to do with her during labor as we've only been here for around 2 weeks and the hospital's policy won't allow her presence. I will need my husband with me to help during delivery.

I am hoping anyone has suggestions or experience with this sort of scenario. Or if you are in my area and know of an experienced Doula or Midwife, recommendations are appreciated!

Thank you,
Amy
