I'm new to the boards, although not new to the magazine! I haven't felt the need to connect with other mothers online, but in February my son was born and having three keeps us home more than ever - I really feel like it's important for me to maintain some kind of relationships with like-minded moms, even if I can't get out and about like I used to. I do try to attend LLL when I can, but I've had some issues with the group as I've learned more. Still, I do love the work LLL does.
I have three children, Morning, Summer and Leif. We homeschool, UC (except my first which was a mw-attended HB), cosleep, EC, do the vegan thing, no hitting, nopoo, no peds, no vax, no circ, homeopathy/herbs, compost almost all of our waste, CLW, buy fair trade/organic when we must make a purchase... and try to live off the grid as much as possible!
Loving our life! Hope to meet some great moms here
