Fair/festival vendors?

Who else here sells something at craft fairs or arts festivals? I know I can't be the only one, but I can't find a thread for it anywhere. I was hoping to find some kind of discussion forum or info website for fair vendors, but so far I'm coming up empty. Anyone?

I sell tiedye. Right now I am just selling at a local summer market/festival (it's once a week for six weeks) and then at a big local street fair in September, plus Etsy. I would love to chat with other fair vendors about experiences in general - especially practical tips, like how to travel with your whole booth setup. I'm hoping maybe when the kids are older I'll be able to at least drive to out-of-town fairs in my region. Right now, it's local only.

Dh and I make and sell wooden toys. We just started going to vestivals this year. We also sell on Etsy. We did one huge 3 day community festival, and it was awesome. The other one was a small scale festival, but I had a lot of fun doing it, even though we didn't make a ton of money. We have one more coming up in September, medium size.

We tend to make more money on Etsy - our sales have really, really picked up, and I know that the fall is going to be insane with holiday sales. So the festivals are sort of a fun thing for us, a way to make some extra money on the weekend, although dh usually has to take a few days of vacation to make the extra toys.

I know on Etsy there are some great threads about tent set up and such. That's where we got our information about what tent to get, what credit card company to use, and so on.
