Have you considered seeing a counselor? You sound very overwhelmed with your life, your work, and your marriage and it sounds like you could definitely use some professional help.

I've seen several counselors and can't afford one right now. I didn't really think through posting this online and am sorry if I upset anyone. I'm fine, just very tired and achy. I have now deleted it.
