Ok, um, so how long do you think I can expect incontinence?
I know it's normal after giving birth, but it's getting ridiculous! I gave birth one week ago, and I feel like instead of healing it's getting worse. I don't even want to leave the house anymore. I'm tired of doing tons of laundry because I'm having to change clothes during the day from - well, from anything from a big sneeze to bending over to trying to pick up something even moderately heavy. I'm so frustrated! How long is normal?

I know it was bad like that for a little bit, but that it did not keep up like that for a long time. What did last for a long time, was the inability to stop anything once it had already started (whether on purpose or not)
