Dog Peed on Bed Again...HELP!!

A bit of background:

2 weeks ago my DH and I moved into our new place, and thought our 1yr3mth neutered Yorkie was doing AMAZING with all the changes taking place (My husband just got back from a 7mth deployment). He has been potty trained for months now, and had a doggy door to let himself out to go in the yard.

However, last night my DH and I were reading in bed, and our dog gets on the bed, snuggles in, the hops back up, doesn't this funny scratching thing with his feet, and pees on the end of the bed!! He sleeps with us, and urinating on the bed has NEVER been an issue!

DH and I just thought it was a freak thing, so we cleaned it all up and put him outside to make sure he was finished. Then he just did it again, in the same area!!!

I'm not sure what to do now. Please help!

Best to rule out an infection, before you jump into the complicated waters of behavior. Have you noticed him licking more, or any blood in the urine?

No blood in the the urine that I've noticed (and he just finished up peeing right next to the open door...) but he has been licking himself a LOT more lately. I thought he had picked up fleas at my parent's house when we were down there a few weeks ago, but I gave him a bath and treated the fleas but he's still licking.
