MMR reactions and what they can mean?

I have a dear friend who is a missionary in Mumby(sp) Africa...she has a 15 month old who is EBF and she is doing vax's...he had the MMR today and is having some reactions....low grade fever....and very restless...not sleeping.
I have searched the links here on MMR and i'm not seeing much solid info on after the facts of Vax. Is their anything she should look for....any reasons not to follow through with future vaxs?
If you were living in Africa what vax's would you do or not do?

Fever and restlessness is a common reaction and is to be expected. After all she injected her son with a foreign substance that the body will try and rid itself of again. Fever is the best self-defense. She should not try and reduce it but let it do its job.

I would not vaccinate under any circumstances. We have an immune system, so why mess it up?

Being a missionary does she know what they use to make the MMR?

She should be wary now and watch for convulsions, if it happens. Sometimes bad reactions can be the start of autism. Every mother I know who's babies had bad reactions to vaxes, especially the MMR reported fever, crankiness, irriabitility and sometimes convulsions. The fever, which means the immune system is fighting off something, doesn't mean it can win against all those toxins being forced into the body at once. My older sis had both her kids have convulsions after the MMR and my nephew has autism but my neice escaped it. Don't know where she could look to find out she shouldn't vax anymore but any good doc SHOULD (not saying they will) know that ANY reaction means the child should not be vaxed again.

My daughter had a reaction and did not have convulsions nor displayed any kinds of autistic reactions temporary or permanent (if such a thing could exist).

The immune system doesn't always work.

I certainly wouldn't get the MMR living in Africa r anywhere else. I'm assuming this child is healthy and well nourished. Measles, Mumps and Rubella are not generally killer diseases in otherwise healthy children.
