Can some of you please talk about the differences; positives, negatives, comparisons, etc between palm oil, palm kernel oil and coconut oil?
This is something that I thought I knew a bit about...but I keep coming across much conflicting information, and I am interested in your thoughts!
I use coconut oil regularly...and recently engaged in a discussion with dp's mom about it. She was telling us that it was really awful, and I tried to show her some information about the benefits of coconut oil. I think she chalked it up to one more sign that I am truly crazy.
Anyway...more knowledge about these oils would be helpful for me!!
