I'm going to be visiting UT for 3.5 months from Sept - early Dec with my children. Anyone have a room or basement to rent out? Or know of anyone with a room or basement to rent out? I think I have a car lined up so anywhere is fine, I'll be able to drive to and from where I need to go.

FINALLY going to take my last two classes and GRADUATE!!!! (I hope, we're still trying to get all the details worked out)

Hi, we live in Murray and we're in the process of renting one of our basement apartment out. First though I just have a couple questions for you: How many kids do you have? And what kind of rent are you looking to pay, and what area do you want to rent from?
We owe a triplex and we'll be looking for people to rent both of our units in the end of August if you're interested. You can pm me if you want.

Just wanted to post a pointer -

DH and I spent our first 6 months of marriage in someones basement apartment without realizing that they didn't have the permit for us to be renting. Watch out for that! A basement apartment is considered an "accessory apartment" and you can check with the county to see if they have that permit. Always, always check to see if the place is up to fire and safety codes. You probably already know all of this, though . We didn't.
