The ACIP is an advisory panel that looks in detail at vaccination issues and makes recommendations that it seems the CDC always (almost always?) follows. Typically, in February, June, and October they meet and discuss a wide variety of topics, and within 90 days, I believe, they post the meeting minutes here.

Fascinating reading. Seriously. Unfortunately the minutes are a bit long, but really interesting. And nice to see what's in the pipeline.
