Vaccination info for Aus

Hi, we are moving to Aus and I was wondering about vaccines:

How are they "bundled" in Australia? Do you have the multivalent shot (DTaP, HiB, HepB, Polio?)?

Could I get Polio as a separate vaccine?

How about MMR - separate or only available as the trivalent shot?

Can someone link me the health website of recommended vaccines for Aus?

I think if you are willing to pay for it privately you can get the vaxes you want. it might require a bit of persuasion and shopping around, but it is doable in most cases
