What a sad thing! That theonly reason it wouldn't be done is because they couldn't afford it. However, that is exactly what happened in my family. My Dad was circed but his two brothers, born during the depression, weren't "because there was no money." None of his four half brothers were. There were no issues about "not looking alike" and my Uncle is very happy he wasn't. The other uncle was circed at 40 years old because of the insistence of his GF and was impotent in 5 years. He said "it's the worst mistake I ever made." How sad!

I think the graphic is really cool because you used "child safety scissors" (how ironic) but I think the blood drop is lacking because it is just tacked on there like a little rhinestone it's not dripping or originating from anywhere... also it is not red enough- I would go with totally primary red.

PS- About the domain name... I think you should try something TOTALLY without the word CIRC in it... there are a bazillion circ this and that sites both for and against circumcision and I think the domain names tend to all run together after a while... but websites with unique names that stand out... even if the web addy is too long to remember- are searchable...
