Is it possible to make good healthy bread in a bread maker? If so, what brand would you recommend?
I tried the recipe for sourdough bread in NT and It's too complicated/long to make for me. My DH was also laughing at me saying he had never heard of a bread recipe that takes a week to make.
I'm still new to TF and still feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything. I love sourdough bread but I would love to find a easy way to make it. Right now, I buy French Meadow Bakery bread which is really good but also very expansive. So any solution/suggestion would help
