Looking for ideas for the harvests we're bringing in...
Today I've made a huge pan of summer squash and kohlrabi gratin with sourdough rye crumb topping (using squash, onions & shallots from our garden and the CSA kohlrabi); a big pan of roasted beets; started a new batch of kimchi with bok choy; and making a double batch of zucchini bread (whole grain and rapadura but not soaked flour).

What are you all doing with your gardens?

PS if you've never had kohlrabi, which I hadn't, it tastes similar to the core of cabbage or cauliflower stalk.
