Need an infant hat pattern

I need someting in worsted weight with size 8's in an infant size. Not an age range really. My kids are born with larger noggins (14.5 in both so far) so most newborn sizes really don't fit.

I want a picot hem. It doesn't have to come that way since I know it well enough to tweak it. I've looked on Ravelry but didn't find anything for infants....all for bigger heads, older child to adult. I DO NOT want to resize a pattern at all, nor do I want to wing it and make one myself. I have one in mind but I don't like the fit of the top of the hat. Plus like I said, I don't want to resize and would need to.

So help me find a pattern. I have a pair of longies almost done that will match it and want to start on it soon. Now granted I don't need it til December but really....once you plan a simple project it seems silly to just wait around to finish it up.

No worries about that. I'm going to the library today and am going to request The Knitted Farmyard and the other book (fairytale knitting or something like that) and check that out. maybe those will work. I know the mat isn't knit (hook latch) so not sure what I'll get out of it. I'd like it for this Christmas though.

Hurry on the hat though. I'll request the book from my library as well but...well.....they all should have picked different occupations as they are not the most acomdating group of librarians. I'm hoping they have it on the shelves. That would be awesome. The pants are done and I'm starting the embroidery.
