The president, owner, whatever, of Facebook responded to the nurse-in by saying they are completely in support of breastfeeding and they only remove photos that depict nudity... as in, you can show the whole breast and the baby attached to it, you just can't have an areola or nipple showing (and presumably no naked babies either, which I wouldn't put on Facebook to start with).

My pic is of me nursing my DD about 5 minutes after she was born (I was a mess, that was a LOOOOONG labor), and someone had tossed a towel over my other side while I was nursing her - I think it was to keep us both warm. I was otherwise totally nekkid. So it kind of looks like I am covered, and I've gotten no other comments.

That's a great response! Changed my pic and status. Unfortunately I didn't see this till Thursday so there is only a couple more days to go but better than nothing!
