I just found a new tool in an old website I love, nutritiondata.com. It's a nutrient search that is incredibly flexible.
http://www.nutritiondata.com/tools/nutrient-search
It looks like for any nutrient that they measure (and sadly it seems a lot of foods lack vitamin D data, so be forewarned on that one), they can list foods high or low in that nutrient from the extensive database, and you can combine to look for foods high in up to 3 separate nutrients. Want high calcium, low omega-6 fatty acids and low sugar? It can do that.
This looks like a lot of fun to play around with.
