Holy cripes! Orange pumpkins already! And it's not even August! :

I planted a 20X20 plot at our local farm community garden for market sales. It's mostly sugar pie pumpkins (small round orange pumpkins weighing approx. 6 lbs perfect for sweet pies), and a few cinderallas, bushel gourds, peanut pumpkins, marina di chiogga, and Iranian Blue.

I'm not sure how the others are doing (they're not really labelled), but several of the Sugar Pies are orange. One looked so pretty I couldn't help but pick it! It's waiting to be turned into some pumpkin marmalade right now. :
