New lactivist letter help?

I was asked to leave a retail store for nursing in public this weekend. I politely told the manager that legally I had the right to nurse there (TX). She said she wouldn't have asked, but another customer had complained. I replied that she can tell them legally she cannot force me to stop. The store was in a shopping mall and a brand that my entire family wears (nursing baby included!)

We made our planned purchase after the incident and will continue to buy this brand, but I wanted to write a letter to the company. I'm usually not a letter writer, so I don't know what to include? Any suggestions or links on what to say? Like I said, we are brand loyal and it was one employee in one store, but I still want to make the company aware that what happened was not acceptable. Thanks very much for the help!

Just out of curiosity, what brand was it?
Some more mainstream companies have BS policies like this.

Contact firstright.org, they will help you with the logistics of writing a letter. Also they are tracking incidences of breastfeeding harrassment & discrimination.

Thank you! I registered the incident and wrote a short email requesting clarification of the company's breastfeeding policy. If I don't hear back I guess make some phone calls?
