good, filling before bed snacks?

My little one is 12 months and I'm recently pregnant with #3. Since pregnancy is really interfering with my milk supply, we've been really upping the solids that dd eats during the day. It's been going well but I'd like some good suggestions for a before bedtime snack. Normally she'd nurse for a while before bed, but it just doesn't seem like there is much milk there.

Part of me kept thinking I should give her a bottle/cup of cow's milk but we don't really drink cows milk here and I'm pretty sure there are some better options. DD can eat anything and I just need some ideas because I'm already stretched thin mentally working out 3 full meals and 2 snacks earlier in the day for her. I realize most snack ideas are probably a good choice, but still thought I'd ask for more ideas.

we like-

whole milk yogurt
warm milk with a touch of honey
cheese or nut butter and crackers (is she too young though?)

Pumpkin, sweet potato, or squash, warmed up with butter, honey, and cinnamon, is a very pleasant and filling snack loaded with vitamins and fiber.

Oatmeal is very soothing too. If she can eat nut butter, that makes it more filling.

For immediately before bed, I'd go with something with a good amount of fat and protein... cheese, hard-cooked egg, nut butter, hummus, etc., it will keep her little tummy full and should last her longer.
