Help with my daughter's portfolio please :-)

My 15 year old daughter would like to go to college in a year. I need to see if they will accept her this year to sit classes with adults so that she can actually enter college with some qualifications. This is not easy in the UK as we have catch 22 situation that makes it harder for home-schooled kids than those who have been expelled from school.
I basically have a meeting with someone from the college so they can meet my amazing daughter. I thought of preparing a file on her they can keep including things she has done, what she likes, photos etc so they remember her! Has anyone ever put together anything like this? What did you include? Did you split it into sections? If so what were the headings? Should I write it eg.. A has .... or from her perspective eg. I have .....
Any advice?
TIA xxxx

Never done it but I would include:
writing samples
volunteer or community service information
extra-curricular interests

I am sure there are other things too, but to be in college classes, effective writing is a must. Colleges also seem to like well rounded people. The Volunteer/comm. service stuff will show that she can work well with others, in groups, and that she cares. And I would have her put it together with you at least. And yes, from HER perspective. She is wanting to go to college, she is not being "told" to go to college by her parents. At least that is how I would want it viewed.

I've seen around the net (my kids are very little)

....lists of books she's read this year or past few years, if possible.
....samples of writing
....samples of other work (math, etc)
....anything extracurricular she's done
....volunteer, clubs, community service

Here are some ideas:
Creating Homeschooling Portfolios

Here's what one college requires - the portfolio path - you might get an idea from it.

I'd start thinking about gathering a few letters of recommendation too. - Lillian

I think that's important. She'll want to show what she thinks and feels about the experiences she's had, what she's learned from them, and why she wants to go to college. - Lillian
