I had my first vaginal birth 
: Totally unexpected & unplanned, but while they were running my pre-op bloodwork, the Dr was like "why don't we just *try* to push him out"?
It worked. I felt stupid because I didn't know how to push or how to relax (4 years since I last "practiced"), but the nurses and the Dr were fabulous with instructions and guidance. I pushed for about 20 minutes.
