Sounds like they are the made in China diapers. One caution I would have about these is that others have found them good when they first arrive, but they don't last. If this is a one-size dipe then you may not get to use it as long as you planned.
I did a Google search and found some on eBay - they looked like they had a lay-in insert though? Not sure if they have them in different sizes (since an insert that would fit a bigger baby would be way too big for a newborn). Also, I'd check to make sure these aren't microfibre since that is not good to have directly against the baby's skin.
If you're looking for an inexpensive option, I have heard great things about
Cloth Diaper Wholesale which are made in the US. They are not as cheap as the chinese dipes but still very affordable compared to the popular brands.
Keep in mind that you'll be saving money with cloth so it will work out financially in the long run, even if you have to spend a bit initially. Perhaps consider prefolds and covers for the "tiny baby" stage and save up for the one-size diapers after that? Many people find the one-size fit better after 10-12 lbs anyway and prefolds are very popular for newborns since you change them so often.
