I am generally not a 13 fan, although I love OW, but I thought she really rocked it this week. Maybe it's because I just can't stand her with Foreman. Her scenes with House were awesome and her scene with Wilson (their first along together!) was really really wonderful. They don't have romantic chemistry but I can so get behind a 13-Wilson friendship.
This week wasn't nearly enough Wilson for the fangirl in me but I thought it was a very strong episode. Jesse Spencer does angsty guilt really well. I'm glad he's getting some room to actually do some real acting work. I always liked his storylines in the early seasons----that episode where he has to autopsy the baby is one of the strongest non-House moments in the show's history IMO. Not to mention the storyline with the young cancer patient he kissed.
By the way, director
Greg Yaitanes is on twitter and taking fan questions. He answered me in less than an hour the other day. He's not putting out spoilers, per se, but he posts set pics and clarifies things here and there. Good fangirl/fanboy stuff!
