My CO is not solid.

My kitchen tends to run hotter than the rest of the house (and we keep the thermostat at 74 to save on energy). I've since moved my CO from the top cabinet to the bottom one and although it's cooler it's still liquid. Will this cause a problem? Like will it go bad faster since it's not solid? Or does it not matter? I don't have room in the fridge to store it in there.

Mine turned to liquid on a long car ride, and leaving it at room temp wouldn't make it re-solidify. I stuck it in the fridge for just a few hours and that did the trick. It's back in the pantry and has stayed solid.

It's fine. It's not much different from having grapeseed or walnut oil in your pantry (both of those are liquids, even in chilly kitchens.)
